QUESTION TO THE PAYMASTER

I won’t ask
I won’t even look
If he thinks he’s crossed the bridge
Then let him sign the visitors` register.

If God were to take us to task
And every head put a crook
How would we then bridge the ridge?
And does he think he’d still be paymaster?
