Why did she cry out?
Was it the rainstorm or the bush fire?
Or was it because she was in blue?
Who would ever know the answers?
No one was there
No one saw her.
She wasn’t Antoinette de Mauban
Neither was she anyone’s First Lady
So, why did she cry out?
Did she realize she shattered the living room glass window?
With the echo of her screeching?
And now we have to pick up the pieces.
