By Tikum Mbah Azonga

The roller skaters are gone
They sped past ages ago
With their shirt tails flying
And their velvet canvass shoes glistening in the sun
Like the oiled skin of the Negro woman
We didn`t ask why
But we knew their Cossacks were in tact
Tomorrow when the legion commander asks
We`ll stick out our tongues for him to see.
